This month we're calling BS on: "Professional women 40+ most at risk from AI job loss"
You've probably seen the headlines. Anthropic, McKinsey, and every tech publication is pushing the narrative that women over 40 are about to be automated out of existence. Seriously?! Based on what evidence? We don't think this is at all pre-determined, our wisdom and experience is where the real value in AI can be leveraged:
AI can write the email. It can't decide if you should send it.
AI can analyze the data. It can't know which questions matter.
We're not at risk. We're about to become unstoppable! But only :
IF we learn the tools (takes 2 hours, not 2 years).
IF we position ourselves as the ones wielding AI, not the ones replaced by it.
With this in mind, our first community event will be a 30 minute deep dive into AI! What it is, decoding the lingo, and what are the major tools you can start to use now. Details in the next section - oRo Community.

We are excited to grow our community, starting with our first 30min virtual event on April 25th @ 11:30am BST. Per above, it’s will be an AI focused session - helping us become unstoppable & definitely not redundant with AI!
I am leading AI Adoption across my organisation of 3,000+ and so have the context & suggestions as to where you should get started.

We're launching three sizes to fit different planning styles:
A5 (our signature): The daily planner for detailed thinkers
Personal: Pocket-friendly for on-the-go planning
A4 Control Centre: The command centre to manage home, family, life, work, everything!
All going well the A4 Control Centre will launch in June, details will follow next month.
